Permata Karya Jasa is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HES Field Officer (K3LL) to join our site operations team in Riau. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our safety culture, ensuring that all field activities comply with strict health, environment, and safety protocols to maintain zero-accident operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or occupational safety, with a commitment to continuous improvement and on-site hazard mitigation. You will work closely with site supervisors and field crews to foster a culture of safety, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that all equipment and procedures meet national and international HSE standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure strict adherence to company K3LL policies and government regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for all site personnel.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports and safety analysis documentation for management review.
- Monitor the usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure all staff are fully equipped.
- Coordinate with site management to resolve safety-related bottlenecks and improve operational workflow.
- Maintain up-to-date safety records, permits, and compliance documentation for the Riau project site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 from a reputable university.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a field-based HSE role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of K3LL standards and Indonesian safety legislation.
- Ability to work in remote or field-based site conditions.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., Ahli K3 Umum) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence safety behaviors across all levels of the organization.
