Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end product solutions for enterprise clients using BytePlus's HiAgent platform
- Collaborate with sales teams to define solution requirements and technical proposals
- Lead architecture design sessions with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Develop solution blueprints, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure solution scalability and performance optimization
- Monitor solution adoption and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, product management, or technical consulting
- Proven track record designing enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions for global clients
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models and solution sales processes
