Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert high-intent automotive leads.
- Deliver professional, high-impact vehicle presentations and test drives to potential buyers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and social media strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure smooth deal documentation and processing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales or automotive sales is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Malay and English.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet client needs and optimize closing opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
