- Design and execute comprehensive professional development frameworks for HNW sales leadership teams
- Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to drive targeted training interventions
- Develop and deliver engaging leadership workshops focusing on wealth management, client acquisition, and retention strategies
- Partner with cross-functional departments to align development initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor and coach emerging leaders to enhance their technical expertise and client management capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends in wealth management and leadership development methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in professional development, sales leadership, or training within financial services
- Proven track record of designing and implementing leadership development programs for high-performance teams
- Deep understanding of HNW client dynamics, wealth management products, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in LMS platforms and learning analytics
