Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets across assigned sectors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and value delivery
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns for product/service launches
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Train and mentor junior team members on sales methodologies and client management
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in telecommunications, finance, or charity sectors
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Proficiency in English and at least one other Asian language
- Certification in digital marketing or sales management preferred
