Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-pressure welding operations on industrial pipes, pressure vessels, and structural steel.
- Ensure all welding work complies with strict safety regulations and quality standards (SNI).
- Conduct visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) of weld joints to identify defects and ensure integrity.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, diagrams, and engineering specifications accurately.
- Maintain welding equipment, machinery, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot welding issues and optimize processes.
- Document all welding procedures, material usage, and test results accurately in logs.
- Adhere to all company policies and industry best practices regarding workplace safety.
Kualifikasi
- Valid High Pressure Welder certification (SNI) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-pressure welding within the energy or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and SMAW.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering schematics.
- Deep understanding of workplace safety protocols and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments and at heights if required.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
