Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless MEP system integration in high-rise buildings
- Review and validate MEP designs, tender documents, and technical specifications
- Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems to meet project standards
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance checklists
- Collaborate with structural and architectural teams to resolve design conflicts
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards
- Assist in budget management and schedule optimization for MEP components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- 1-3 years of MEP engineering experience in high-rise construction
- Familiarity with local Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to technical details
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
