Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging accounting curriculum aligned with national education standards
- Create comprehensive lesson plans (RPP) integrating theoretical concepts with practical exercises
- Deliver dynamic instruction covering financial accounting, cost accounting, and business mathematics
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress
- Maintain accurate student records and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies
- Participate in school events and professional development activities
- Prepare teaching materials including worksheets, case studies, and digital resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Education (Accounting specialization)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in high school accounting curriculum
- Strong command of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Certification in education or teaching methodology preferred
- Proficiency in creating effective lesson plans (RPP) and teaching materials
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in accessible terms
