- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Filipino language and literature curriculum
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and continuous evaluation
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation
- Prepare students for national assessments and academic competitions
- Integrate Philippine cultural heritage and contemporary literature into teaching materials
- Collaborate with department members to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events
- Utilize educational technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Filipino, or related field with teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching high school Filipino language/literature
- Strong knowledge of K-12 Filipino curriculum and pedagogical best practices
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Filipino and English
- Proven ability to create engaging, culturally relevant lesson plans
- Experience with student assessment methodologies and differentiated instruction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in educational technology and classroom management techniques
