Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for Secondary Mathematics (Grades 7-12)
- Deliver engaging instruction using diverse teaching methodologies and technology
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational programs and student outcomes
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) teaching license
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching secondary mathematics
- Deep understanding of the Philippine K-12 curriculum framework
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
