Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the national and international curriculum standards.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and academic abilities.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active student participation.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, grading, and constructive feedback.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students needing additional mathematical guidance.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with parents regarding student achievement and growth.
- Integrate modern educational technology to enhance mathematical instruction and student engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the High School level.
- Deep understanding of high school mathematical concepts, including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Statistics.
- Proven ability to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian language for effective classroom communication.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire a passion for learning.
- Proficiency in educational software and digital learning management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and innovative pedagogy.
