Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the high school mathematics curriculum.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction that simplifies complex mathematical theories for diverse student groups.
- Evaluate and grade student performance, assignments, and examinations consistently.
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students struggling with specific mathematical concepts.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral development.
- Integrate modern educational technologies into the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with department staff to refine curriculum standards and academic assessment methods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience at the high school level.
- Strong command of the national or international high school mathematics curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a focused and inclusive environment.
- Proficiency in using digital educational tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, or specialized math software).
- Passionate about fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere for academic growth.
