We are currently seeking a motivated and technically proficient Highway Engineer to join our site supervision team on a contract basis for a prestigious road infrastructure project in Pasig City.
In this key role, you will work directly under the guidance of the Resident Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality control for road construction works. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all on-site activities strictly comply with project specifications, approved plans, DPWH standards, and safety regulations.
You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, monitoring workmanship, and coordinating with contractors to mitigate risks and resolve technical challenges. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help drive the successful delivery of a project that significantly improves connectivity and transportation standards in Metro Manila.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Resident Engineer in the day-to-day quality control and assurance of road construction works.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved design drawings, specifications, and DPWH standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, progress reports, and quality documentation.
- Verify material testing results and ensure conformance to project specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on site.
- Participate in progress meetings and contribute technical insights for project optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in highway or road construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of road construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office applications.
- Experience with DPWH standard specifications is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City and on a contract basis.
