Your Daily Responsibilities:
As a Sales Agent, you will be the voice of our brand. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Your primary goal is to drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Present and promote our products/services effectively to close sales.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for team success.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus).
- No previous sales experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must have a stable internet connection (DSL, Fiber, or equivalent) and a quiet home office environment.
- Basic computer literacy (navigating websites, using email, MS Office/Google Suite).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses strong time-management skills.
- Persuasive and resilient with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule (Part Time or Full Time as required by the business).
