Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Clearly articulate product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Graduate or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus).
  • No previous sales experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must have a stable internet connection (DSL, Fiber, or equivalent) and a quiet home office environment.
  • Basic computer literacy (navigating websites, using email, MS Office/Google Suite).
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses strong time-management skills.
  • Persuasive and resilient with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
