Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, inquiry-based History curricula for secondary school students.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages academic debate, critical analysis, and open-mindedness.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing actionable feedback.
- Integrate digital learning tools and primary source documents to enhance student engagement.
- Provide individualized student support and academic guidance during office hours.
- Collaborate with department heads to refine pedagogical strategies and maintain high educational standards.
- Organize field trips, guest lectures, or historical simulations to bring history to life.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in History, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching History in a recognized educational institution.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical methodologies and classroom management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Commitment to the values of multiculturalism and inclusive education.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on historical research and curriculum development.
