- Track student progress consistently and update reports within the company’s internal portal.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and creative instructional techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops.
- Ensure punctual attendance for all scheduled classes to provide a seamless learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a significant advantage).
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Proven experience in teaching ESL to children or adults is preferred.
- Highly reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical aptitude with stable, high-speed internet connectivity and a noise-free home workspace.
