Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-quality, engaging 1-on-1 or group English lessons via our interactive online platform.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve language proficiency.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum while personalizing teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Maintain professional communication with students and maintain accurate session records.
- Participate in periodic teacher training workshops and team meetings to enhance instructional quality.
- Ensure a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional teaching environment.
- Create an encouraging and positive learning atmosphere for all students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or any related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Proven experience in teaching ESL/EFL to students of various age groups is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using video conferencing tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance targets.
- High level of patience, enthusiasm, and cultural sensitivity.
- Stable home internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and a noise-canceling headset.
