Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive online English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Utilize ET-Phone's provided curriculum and supplementary materials effectively within the virtual classroom.
- Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching methods to individual learning needs.
- Manage the online classroom environment to ensure a positive, focused, and productive learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and ET-Phone support staff.
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment for all scheduled lessons.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and incorporate best practices in online ESL instruction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in ESL/EFL teaching, with a preference for online teaching experience.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for students of all ages.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a working laptop/desktop with a webcam and headset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Resides in Indang, Cavite, or surrounding areas within the Philippines.
