Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct interactive one-on-one and group English lessons using the provided curriculum and teaching materials.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans tailored to the proficiency levels and specific learning needs of students.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and verbal feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain high levels of student engagement and encourage active participation during class sessions.
- Utilize the online teaching platform effectively to deliver content and manage classroom activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; teaching degrees are a plus.
- Valid TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a strong asset but not always required.
- Native or Near-Native English proficiency with a clear and neutral accent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient and encouraging demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
