- Follow the provided curriculum while personalizing the learning pace to meet individual student needs and goals.
- Provide constructive, real-time feedback to help students improve their grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Maintain a highly professional, interactive, and encouraging online classroom environment.
- Manage schedule availability reliably to ensure consistency for recurring student bookings.
- Assess student progress and accurately document lesson notes after each completed session.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken) with a clear, neutral accent.
- Prior experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or tutoring adult learners is highly preferred.
- A recognized teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a reliable desktop/laptop computer with a high-speed, stable internet connection (wired connection preferred).
