Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons via video conferencing software to students worldwide.
- Prepare customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to individual student proficiency levels and goals.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and continuous feedback to ensure effective learning.
- Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor to keep students motivated and engaged throughout the session.
- Use digital educational tools and interactive whiteboards to enhance the online learning experience.
- Communicate clearly with students and parents regarding lesson schedules, homework assignments, and performance updates.
- Participate in regular teacher training sessions and professional development workshops to improve teaching skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Fluent in English with excellent pronunciation, intonation, and clear communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting with a stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Patient, encouraging, and adaptable teaching style suitable for diverse age groups.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with video calling platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
- Must be legally residing in the Philippines, specifically in Guindulman, Bohol.
- Commitment to the full-time employment schedule as defined by the company.
