Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct one-on-one and group online English lessons using our platform.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning atmosphere during sessions.
- Utilize educational technology tools and materials effectively.
- Communicate clearly with students and parents regarding lesson schedules and performance.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or English is a plus).
- Must possess a valid TESOL or TEFL certificate.
- Native or fluent English proficiency (British, American, or Australian accent preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Reliable computer setup with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Prior online teaching experience is an advantage.
