- Deliver high-quality, interactive English language lessons to students of various proficiency levels via online platforms.
- Create and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to the individual learning needs and goals of each student.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on student performance, tracking progress through regular assessments.
- Maintain a professional, quiet, and well-lit home-office environment optimized for video conferencing.
- Manage your teaching schedule effectively to ensure 100% punctuality and consistency for all assigned classes.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum delivery.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest ESL teaching trends and technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related academic field.
- Proven experience as an ESL teacher, tutor, or instructor, preferably in a remote or online setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, including Zoom, Skype, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Possession of a TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students of different ages and cultures.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and high-quality audio-visual hardware.
