Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outbound calls regarding home security systems and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues related to alarm malfunctions, monitoring services, and system troubleshooting.
- Explain product features, service plans, and billing information clearly to clients.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to call scripts and quality standards.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell security packages based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service is an advantage.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
