Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Teaching certification/license (PGCE/B.Ed equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
