The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of all operational aspects of our homestay/hotel property. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the property to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy rates and maximize revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and cost-control measures to optimize property profitability.
- Monitor and improve guest feedback, reviews, and overall brand reputation on booking platforms.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and local partners to maintain the property's aesthetics and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel or homestay operations management.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), and property management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Willingness to reside on-site at the provided hostel accommodation in Sekinchan.
