- Ensure unit readiness through meticulous cleaning, restocking, and maintenance coordination
- Handle guest communications via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, supplies, and service deliveries
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols for all guest interactions
- Optimize guest experiences through personalized service and local recommendations
- Manage booking calendars and occupancy schedules efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms
- Knowledge of Ipoh attractions and local services for guest recommendations
