Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement horticultural activities including planting, pruning, and maintenance of various plant species
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess plant health and identify potential issues
- Develop and maintain planting schedules and landscape maintenance programs
- Supervise and coordinate with grounds maintenance staff and contractors
- Monitor soil conditions and implement appropriate irrigation and fertilization programs
- Prepare detailed reports on horticultural operations and progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Recommend improvements for landscape design and plant selection
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Landscape Design, Horticulture, or other related courses
- Strong knowledge of tropical plant species and horticultural best practices
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture is advantageous
- Proficiency in operating horticultural equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
