Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of USRNs and Billing Specialists, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
- Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, Average Handling Time (AHT), and client satisfaction scores.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues, payer rejections, and client inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, payer-specific guidelines, and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the operations manager to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports, trend analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be a Licensed USRN (US Registered Nurse) – Active license is an advantage but inactive is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct US Hospital Billing experience, either in a hospital setting or a BPO healthcare account.
- At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role in a BPO environment.
- Extensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong background in handling denials, appeals, and underpayment recovery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in using healthcare management systems (e.g., Epic, Meditech, Cerner) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, primarily night shifts, and onsite in Metro Manila.
