Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and inquiry handling.
- Provide warm, professional, and empathetic assistance to patients upon their arrival.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient medical records while ensuring strict data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure efficient clinic workflow.
- Manage patient billing, payment collection, and insurance claims processing.
- Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming, clean, and well-organized at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or hospitality setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, clinic management software).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for patient interaction.
- Committed to working standard office hours with a strong sense of reliability.
