PT Ellipse Projects Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospital Project MEP Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed MEP design plans, schematics, and specifications specifically tailored for hospital and healthcare facilities.
- Perform complex load calculations and system sizing for HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing/piping systems.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, Indonesian healthcare regulations, and international safety standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Coordinate design efforts with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Manage technical documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, and MEP technical reports.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Optimize designs for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP design, specifically within the healthcare or hospital construction sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and MEP simulation software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and international healthcare engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Professional Engineer (SKK/SKA) certification is highly preferred.
