Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
- Conduct daily rounds and coordinate with specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform necessary medical procedures and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding health status and care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Proven clinical experience as a Hospitalist, Internal Medicine specialist, or General Practitioner with relevant experience.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
