- Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate information processing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to guest safety and service standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
