- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly and providing information about Hegen products and services
- Manage visitor inquiries and provide detailed product demonstrations to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the Hegen Experiential Centre
- Assist in coordinating visitor flow and managing appointments to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to create memorable experiences for visitors, including families with young children
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Support promotional activities and special events at the experiential centre
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle various customer situations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of baby products or willingness to learn about Hegen's product range
- Positive attitude and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Availability for a 6-month contract period with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
