Your Mission

You will be the primary driver for the successful delivery and go-live of our POS solutions within high-profile hotel and restaurant chains. Your day-to-day mission involves managing the complete lifecycle of complex F&B implementation projects. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deeply understand their unique operational workflows and configure the Shiji POS suite to meet their precise needs. From setting up intricate menu hierarchies and integrating with payment gateways to training dozens of end-users, your expertise will ensure a seamless transition and exceptional system adoption.

What You Will Do

You will take full ownership of project scoping, system configuration, hardware deployment, data migration, rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT), and comprehensive staff training. This role blends technical prowess with project management and client relationship cultivation. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, troubleshooting issues dynamically, driving projects to completion on time and within budget, and laying the strategic groundwork for long-term client success in the competitive hospitality landscape. This role requires extensive travel for on-site project work, supplemented by remote support.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end POS implementation projects for F&B operations in hotels and standalone restaurants.
  • Conduct thorough client requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical system configurations.
  • Install, configure, and test POS hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration with existing property management and payment systems.
  • Deliver comprehensive on-site and remote training to end-users, ensuring high levels of system proficiency and adoption.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during the project lifecycle, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resources.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope of work, implementation plans, and training materials.
  • Collaborate closely with product, support, and sales teams to provide feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of industry trends and the Shiji POS product suite.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in POS implementation, specifically within the hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex implementations from initiation to close.
  • Strong technical proficiency in hardware installation, network troubleshooting, and software configuration.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and training skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operational workflows and industry best practices.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client sites (local and regional).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Shiji, Oracle (Micros), or other major hospitality POS systems is highly desirable.
