Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the front office and guest services teams in providing world-class hospitality to our guests.
- Support daily hotel operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries.
- Participate in Talent Engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to support training initiatives and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and in accordance with brand standards.
- Support food and beverage or housekeeping departments during peak operational periods.
- Maintain organized documentation and assist in inventory reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- A high level of energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn the hospitality business.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
- Professional grooming and a polite, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good computer literacy and basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
