Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all hospitality departments.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, focusing on cost-efficiency and revenue optimization.
- Maintain property standards, ensuring all facilities are pristine and fully functional.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute seasonal marketing and operational promotions.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably within resort or high-end villa operations.
- Proven track record of strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and local cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
