We are currently seeking a highly experienced and charismatic Hospitality Manager & Guest Relations Manager to oversee our onboard operations and set the standard for excellence. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated crew in the breathtaking waters of Komodo National Park.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable, personalized experience. You will manage the daily operations of the vessel, coordinate with the culinary and deck teams, and implement rigorous quality control measures. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a luxury environment and possesses a deep understanding of high-end hospitality standards. Your focus will be on creating seamless transitions between dining, relaxation, and excursions, ensuring that the vessel operates like a well-oiled machine.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily hospitality operations and staff coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Lead and manage the cabin crew, deck staff, and culinary team effectively.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for luxury service delivery.
- Manage the onboard budget, inventory control, and cost reduction strategies.
- Handle VIP guest relations, including special requests, dining arrangements, and private excursions.
- Ensure full compliance with maritime safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions and performance appraisals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, yacht charter, or 5-star hotel management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Certification in Hospitality Management or Yachting (STCW, RYA, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a remote, high-pressure environment with long working hours.
- Flexibility to travel and work on a live-aboard vessel.
- Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.
