Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a seamless, premium, and relaxing customer experience.
- Develop and implement standardized service protocols to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead, mentor, and train frontline staff in high-end hospitality service and customer interaction techniques.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for service improvement and process optimization.
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance the brand presence and promote wellness programs.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards within the wellness facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality, hotel, or premium wellness/spa industry.
- Proven ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and service consistency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse operational team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Analytical mindset with experience in operational reporting and performance management.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling high-pressure environments with composure.
