  • Oversee daily operations of 26+ team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotel operations management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams of 20+ members
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Tech-savvy with experience using hospitality management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
