Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of 26+ team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain and enhance 5-star service standards across all operational aspects
- Implement and monitor technology solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop and execute strategic plans for improving guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements based on data insights
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotel operations management
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams of 20+ members
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Tech-savvy with experience using hospitality management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
