Tanggung Jawab
- Hostess: Provide a warm welcome to guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth table flow.
- Bartender: Craft signature cocktails, maintain a clean bar area, and provide high-end beverage service.
- Cashier: Handle guest transactions accurately and maintain precise records of daily sales.
- Housekeeping: Ensure luxury standards of cleanliness and comfort across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Commis: Assist the Chef de Partie with food preparation, station organization, and kitchen hygiene.
- Lighting Staff: Operate and maintain professional lighting rigs for events and daily ambiance management.
- General: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational efficiency throughout the property.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel, villa, or high-end F&B environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Attention to detail and a high standard of personal presentation.
- Relevant vocational certification or hospitality degree is a plus.
- For technical roles: Basic knowledge of sound and lighting equipment or previous electrical experience.
