- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and operational procedures
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain seamless service flow
- Implement health and safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Participate in venue setup and pre-opening preparations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of F&B service standards and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
