Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage existing client portfolios to ensure retention and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless guest experience delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales or marketing roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in tourism sector
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and customer preferences
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
