Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional front desk services including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Provide exceptional restaurant service including table service, order taking, and food presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly according to company protocols
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
- Follow safety and security procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in English language
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in hospitality or tourism is advantageous
