Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage restaurant operations ensuring quality dining experiences for guests and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in all hospitality areas
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management for restaurant supplies and amenities
- Uphold safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with company standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant services preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
