Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff including hosts, cashiers, and servers
- Ensure flawless execution of service standards across all dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to maintain operational flow
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply requisitions
- Train new staff on service protocols and company culture
- Implement health and safety regulations in all service areas
- Contribute to performance reviews and team development plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
