In this role, you will be the face of our brand during live broadcasts, driving engagement and conversion while managing the end-to-end strategy of our digital sales channels.
As the Host Coordinator, you won't just be presenting products; you will be analyzing data-driven trends to optimize our Instagram Live presence, scheduling high-impact sessions, and preparing detailed performance reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive livestreaming and sales strategies to maximize brand visibility and revenue.
- Host and facilitate engaging Instagram Live sessions to showcase products and interact directly with the community.
- Manage the livestream calendar, including scheduling, product selection, and preparation of scripts or talk points.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales metrics to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed post-session reports for management, highlighting key achievements and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory readiness and promotional alignment for each live event.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on the latest social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a livestream host, social media influencer, or sales presenter, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong command of public speaking and an outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with an online audience.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, specifically Instagram, and e-commerce conversion techniques.
- Ability to interpret sales data and translate metrics into actionable content strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for visual presentation and brand aesthetics.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
