You will assist in the smooth day-to-day reception operations, manage access control, and maintain the pristine condition of our spa and gym areas. As a Host, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing them with information about our services, amenities, and membership programs. Your attention to detail will ensure that the fitness center remains organized, clean, and safe for all users. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests and members to the Fitness Center and Spa with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the reception desk, including check-ins, registration, and issuing access cards.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the fitness equipment, locker rooms, and spa areas throughout the shift.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding spa treatments, fitness programs, and facility amenities.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure all hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the spa and fitness team to provide a cohesive guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and spa operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
