Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests with personalized welcome experiences and property orientations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using digital booking systems
- Provide detailed recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Conduct daily property inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality
- Assist with inventory management and operational documentation
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Yogyakarta culture, attractions, and local customs
- Proficiency in using booking platforms and basic office software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
