As a Host/Greeter, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for welcoming guests warmly, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of service. You will work closely with our service team to coordinate seating arrangements, accommodate special requests, and maintain a pristine front-of-house environment.

- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival with a friendly smile
- Manage guest reservations and maintain accurate seating records
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating and timely service
- Provide guests with menu information and assist with any inquiries
- Monitor table availability and optimize seating efficiency
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area
- Promote restaurant specials and upcoming events to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar host/greeter role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic English language proficiency (verbal and written)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
